Warriors Look to Stay In Control Against Thunder

“So what? I know that the Warriors have 4 more games left,  but they’ve already clinched. Any team that they get in the first round, they can make some noise against.” This is not exactly the best logic to work by. The Warriors are a good team and have made the playoffs after a long absence, but what keeps them from dropping is that one game between them and the Thunder.

Panic mode is no longer a necessity, but the Warriors still have to maintain their focus so they can stay ahead of the the Rockets and earn the 6th seed. The only negative about playing the sixth seed is that the Warriors will have to face the Nuggets in the first round, who have been outstanding without two of their best players.

Game Predictions:

Matchup to Watch: Kevin Durant vs Harrison Barnes

Players to Watch: Jarrett Jack, Klay Thompson

Leading Scorer: Durant

Probable Lineups:

1. Russell Westbrook vs Stephen Curry

2. Thabo Sefolosha vs Thompson
