The San Jose Sharks have traded center Michal Handzus to the Chicago Blackhawks, according to TSN’s Bob McKenzie.
Handzus signed a two-year, $5 million deal with the Sharks in 2011, but has dissapointed.
Last season he had seven goals and 17 assists, and this year has just one goal and one assists in 28 games.
Handzus is a 15-year veteran and has played for six teams.
