That sound you heard was the collective sigh of relief taken by every single Warrior fan out there.

After spraining his ankle against the Wizards, Stephen Curry told reporters postgame that he’s “fine,” and should be ready for Monday’s game against the Lakers.

Curry landed awkwardly after being intentionally fouled by Wizards guard Cartier Martin towards the end of the game. He looked in obvious pain and limped to the locker room.

“I’m fine, just another episode,” said Curry. “I’ll get through it like I usually do, get my treatment and get ready for Monday.”

“You’ve got to be smart at this point of season trying to fight thru something if it’s not ready,” he continued.

Curry finished with 35 points and eight assists in the Warriors 101-92 victory over Washington.
