Warriors Look For Much Needed Revenge in Houston: Game Preview

The Rockets are the Warriors’ worst nightmare, and they’re steadily increasing. If the Warriors fall tonight to them, the Rockets will pull to 6th place, while the Warriors drop to 7th. The Lakers are also playing the Kings in LA, so it’s going to be a tough night for the Warriors if they lose. This is why this game is one of the most important games of the year. Again.

Keys of the Game:

Defend the Three Point Line: Against the Warriors, the Rockets always seems to be on fire from the three point line. Normally they’re one of the best teams in that category, but it always seems to bubble. As opposed to a regular game, the Warriors actually welcome the drive to the basket over the three point shot. They need to get out on the perimeter and not let them hit.

Take Good Shots: When the Warriors played the Rockets in Oakland, they had no problem with defense, but failed to execute offensively. Instead of taking stupid shots that won’t go in most of the time, the Warriors will need to make good decisions. I believe that they are capable because they know that this is a huge game for them.
