Free agent linebacker Dan Connor has signed a one-year deal with the New York Giants, according to ProFootballTalk.
Connor visited with the Raiders on Friday, but left without a deal.
Presumably, Connor was Plan B for the Raiders if they didn’t sign Nick Roach, who they agreed to terms with earlier today,
In 14 games with the Cowboys last season, Connor recorded 32 tackles and no sacks. He spent his first four seasons with the Panthers.
The Raiders are continuing to scour the free agent market for defensive players, looking to bolster an obvious weak spot.
