The 76ers are on a seven-game winning streak, but that doesn’t mean anything.
In the NBA, particularly in games like these, the team that is favored to win, usually ends up not winning. The Warriors are on a three-game skid of their own, and this game is going to be very important, as the Houston Rockets and the Utah Jazz are catching up to the Warriors.
Keys to the Game:
1. Get Klay Going: Stephen Curry doesn’t need to get it going. Despite a miserable shooting night in Boston, Curry notched 22 points.Thompson, however, only had 15: not bad, but he took over 15 shots to get there. Instead of a 6/22 night, we would obviously likely to see Thompson go 10/18 like he used to. He needs a good game to get his confidence back up.
2. Get Lee Going: Lee had 10 points and 19 rebounds yesterday, which is a pretty good performance, but it wasn’t enough. Lee’s averages of 19 PPG and 11 rebounds are among the league’s best.
For the scoring aspect, Lee needs to get it going. He will need to have a huge night if the Warriors want to end their losing streak.
