49ers: Ricky Jean Francois Drawing Interest From Packers, Eagles

49ers defensive lineman Ricky Jean Francois is drawing interest from both the Packers and Eagles, according to the Journal Sentinel and the NFL Network.

Jean Francois will become a free agent on March 12 if he is not re-signed by the 49ers.

As a backup at all three defensive lineman positions, Jean Francois recorded two sacks and 12 tackles last season. He has played in all 48 regular season games since being drafted in 2010, and started in five of them.

He filled in nicely toward the end of season for the injured Justin Smith, which can only add to his value as a potential starter.
