The Kings will be without the services of the newly-acquired Patrick Patterson, along with Toney Douglas and Cole Aldrich. All three of them were acquired before the trade deadline from Houston in exchange for Thomas Robinson, but the team’s doctors are not allowed to travel with the team so they cannot pass their physicals.

Sacramento will begin a five-game road trip in Atlanta on Friday night, visiting New Orleans, Miami, Orlando and San Antonio after tonight.

The Kings will look to stop their three game losing streak that dates back to before the All-Star break.

Meanwhile, the Hawks, who decided to keep Josh Smith, are 29-23 and coming off a loss to the Heat. They made a few minor deals at the deadline, trading away Anthony Morrow for Dahntay Jones and draft considerations for the Warriors Jeremy Tyler.
