Sources have told CSN’s Ric Bucher that the Warriors will not acquire guard Eric Gordon before the trade deadline tomorrow.

However, the teams could still negotiate a deal in the offseason.

Earlier, there was talk that the Hornets and Warriors were interested in swapping Gordon and Klay Thompson, who New Orleans is very interested in.

A source said earlier that it would be “stunning” if Gordon was dealt, and I guess the source is correct.

At this point, it looks as if the Warriors will stand pat at the trade deadline and try to make the playoffs with their current roster.
