Last week, Warriors center Andrew Bogut called out his teammates following a loss to Houston.
“Our defense has been s***,” declared Bogut. “Even before I played [my first game back] in Toronto, I think our defense started to slip a little bit.”
Now, he’s calling out himself.
After a less-than-stellar performance on the road in Utah, Bogut turned the tables and took the blame.
“I had a bad night personally,” he said. “I just played like s#@$. Festus and Biedrins didn’t do a bad job tonight.”
Just how bad was Bogut tonight? Here’s an excerpt from our game recap:
Andrew Bogut failed to do his job: He scored 0 points, had only 5 rebounds, and Al Jefferson had 24 points and four offensive rebounds.
The Warriors are 4-6 since Bogut returned on Jan. 28 in Toronto. Hopefully we see more effort and fewer S-bombs from the big Aussie.
