ClickitTicket produced an extremely interesting graphic displaying the latest Twitter stats regarding NFL teams and players.

Most Followed Players
Despite not playing for a team, Chad Johnson leads all NFL players with a little under 5 million followers. The next closest, Dolphins running back Reggie Bush, has just under 3 million.
Surprisingly enough, Tim Tebow came in third with a bit over 2 million followers.
Two 49ers placed in the top-10: tight-end Vernon Davis (2 million) and safety Dashon Goldson (1 million).
Of all the players in the top-10 most followed, Eagles quarterback Michael Vick had the highest-paid salary in 2012, making nearly $8 million more than Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, the next-closest. Despite that, Vick is only the fifth most-followed player in the league.
Most Mentioned Players
The site also compared the 10-highest paid players in the NFL and how many times they were mentioned on Twitter.
Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning blew away the rest of the competition, being mentioned 800,000 times. Vick finished second with under half as many mentions.
None of the other seven players on the list besides Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan reached 100,000 mentions.
Most Followed/Mentioned NFL Teams
Super Bowl XLVII Champions Baltimore Ravens lead the NFL with over 600,000 followers, with the New England Patriots coming in a close second.
However, the Niners are the most “trending” team, mentioned almost 800,000 times.
