Sacramento is not going give up their only professional franchise that easily.

Here We Buy, a grassroots effort to keep the Kings in town, has pledged over $23 million in season tickets for a new arena.

Tonight is officially dubbed “Here We Buy Night,” where a sellout crowd is expected at Sleep Train Arena to support the 17-win Kings.

Unfortunately, NBATV pulled the game from its schedule in favor of Denver vs. Cleveland, so it will not be shown on national television.

Nevertheless, fans will undoubtedly show up and fight to their dying breath in order to save the Kings. Having had an NBA team in your city for so long, then just having it ripped away from you cannot feel good, and I expect Sacramento to rally together on this night.

I’ll leave you with some pointers from Sactown Royalty.  Now, get out there and root for your Kings!
