Just when you thought Andrew Bogut’s return would mean no more injury concerns for the Warriors, Stephen Curry goes down with yet another ankle injury.
CSN is reporting that Curry is day-to-day with a mild ankle sprain.
Curry suffered the injury on a drive to the basket in the third quarter, and could not put any weight on the ankle afterwards. He received treatment in the locker room before being ruled out for the duration of the game.
This is the same ankle that forced him to sit out for much of last season and for two games earlier this month.
Curry’s injury dampens the mood on the return of Bogut, who scored 12 points, grabbed eight boards and blocked four shots in his first game back since November.
The Warriors defeated the Raptors 114-102 on Monday night.
