Kobe: “It Feels Good to Finally Beat a Team That’s Worth a S***”

Perhaps he wasn’t referring to one specific team, but Kobe Bryant’s quote following their win over the Thunder on Sunday afternoon will be featured in the media all across the country.

It feels good to finally beat a team that’s worth a s***

Heads up to all the teams that the Lakers have beaten thus far: the Pistons, Warriors, Kings, Suns, Rockets, Nets, Mavericks, Nuggets, Hornets, Wizards, 76ers, Bobcats, Knicks, Blazers, Cavaliers, Bucks, and Jazz.

Yes, that’s more than half the teams in the NBA.

Of all those teams, the Lakers have a worse record than the Warriors, Rockets, Nets, Nuggets, Knicks, Blazers, and Jazz.

A special bulletin board for all you Warriors fans, as they are the only team the Lakers have defeated twice this season – a 24-point rout in November and an overtime victory three days before Christmas.

It’s worth it to point out that the Lakers are seven games behind the Warriors in the standings and are still six games under .500.

Maybe Bryant was simply fired up after a huge victory against the Thunder, but his statement is simply untrue. The Lakers have beaten plenty of teams that are worth a s***, including one right here in the Bay Area.
