Stephen Curry In, David Lee Out Tonight vs New Orleans Hornets

According to San Francisco Chronicle reporter Rusty Simmons, Stephen Curry will play in the Warriors’ Saturday night game against the New Orleans Hornets.

Curry has missed the past two games with an ankle injury, which resulted in two losses for the Warriors.

Simmons also reports that David Lee is out of tonight’s action with an ankle injury and that Mark Jackson has made the news of both players official.

The Warriors must be very happy that Curry is back tonight, as it means that his ankle injury shouldn’t be too serious. He has dealt with his ankle problems in the past, and it’s good to see that he is back after a short two-game absence.

As for David Lee, the Warriors better be praying that it isn’t serious either. Lee is making a strong case to be chosen as an All-Star this year and has been a big (if not the biggest) reason to the Warriors’  success this year.

Carl Landry will take Lee’s spot in the starting lineup.
