If their last game against the Heat was any indication, the Warriors will be the underdogs yet again tonight as they travel to San Antonio to take on the Spurs without point guard Stephen Curry.
Curry sprained his ankle during shootaround on Wednesday, and did not play against the Heat. He was listed as a “game time decision” for tonight, but the team announced about an hour ago that he would not be playing.
To add insult to injury (literally), the Warriors have not won a game in San Antonio in 15 years, and have lost 27 games in a row at the Spurs.
The Spurs are shorthanded themselves, as Manu Ginobli is out with a strained hamstring. However, they still have the tantalizing duo of Tony Parker and Tim Duncan, the ageless wonders.
