The Sacramento Kings face the Memphis Grizzlies tonight at the FedEx Forum. The Grizzlies enter tonight’s game with the fourth best record in the West. The Kings will have their hands full as the Grizzlies are entering tonight’s game on a three game losing streak.
Memphis has one of the league’s best frontcourts in Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph. The two big men have had another successful season thus far as they have dominated teams inside the paint. The Kings’ DeMarcus Cousins and Jason Thompson will need to have a big night as they will need to be prepared for a physical game.
The Kings has seen very productive play from their bench players in the last two games, and will look for continued productivity tonight against a Memphis team that is very deep.
Isaiah Thomas got his team out and running Wednesday night against the Wizards, and will need to continue getting his teammates involved early in games. Thomas needs to realize that getting his teammates involved early does not hinge on his getting assists. He ran the Kings offense very well against Cleveland, and will need to continue to be the floor general that his team needs.
