Warriors’ point guard Stephen Curry will not play tonight against the Heat due to a sprained right ankle.

Curry suffered the injury during shootaround this morning; however, the X-rays did come back negative.

The point guard had a series of setbacks last season with the same ankle, playing in just 26 games. He has played in every game this season, averaging a lights-out 20.5 points per game and shooting over 46 percent from three-point land.

He will return based on his progress, according to the team.
