Warriors Take On Hot Grizzlies: Game Preview

Today, the Warriors are to face the Memphis Grizzlies. This is an emotional game, and possible blossom of yet another rivalry.

Emotional? Well, Zach Randolph’s hard foul on Brandon Rush tore his ACL and put him out for the season, so maybe the Warriors are looking to avenge his injury. Within two minutes of play, Rush went down and immediately knew that something was wrong.

This won’t be easy however, as the Warriors were crushed by Memphis defensively – and that was with Andrew Bogut. They were hopeless against Memphis and didn’t have any bench energy. Now that Jarrett Jack and Carl Landry have stepped it up, however, the Warriors may be equally matched with the team just a 1/2 game ahead of them. Randolph had 14 rebounds, and Rudy Gay, a SF, had 8. Harrison Barnes needs to do a better job on him.

Game Predictions:

Matchup to Watch: David Lee vs Zach Randolph

Players to Watch: Klay Thompson, Marc Gasol

Leading Scorer: Stephen Curry, 26

Winner: Grizzlies by 7

Probable Lineups:

1. Stephen Curry vs Mike Conley Jr.

2. Klay Thompson vs Tony Allen

3. Harrison Barnes vs Rudy Gay4. David Lee vs Zach Randolph

5. Festus Ezeli vs Marc Gasol
