Rolando McClain has once again been arrested.
According to CSN Bay Area, he was pulled over for a window tint violation, and proceeded to provide the officer with a faulty name. He was then taken into custody in Decatur, Alabama.
McClain was bailed out of jail Tuesday.
He is not unfamiliar to off the field disputes, however. In 2011, the first-round draft pick out of Alabama was arrested for allegedly firing a gun near a man’s head in Decatur. The charges for the incident, however, were recently dropped.
He was also suspended for two games this season by the Raiders for conduct detrimental to the team. Then, he was ruled inactive for the Raiders’ final three games
