The Kings could surely use a jolt. Perhaps Tyreke Evans, who’s missed 14 games this season, could put them on the right track.
The fourth-year guard has been nursing a sore left knee for the majority of the season. On Wedensday, the Kings said that the second opinon on Evans’s knee followed their plan of rehabilitation.
The Asscoiated Press reports that Evans will rejoin the team in Toronto tonight, and hopefully play during Sacramento’s upcoming five-game homestand.
The Kings have won four of their past seven games, including wins against hte Knicks and Celtics.
Evans is averaging 15.1 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 3.3 assists in the 18 games he has played in.
