According to Steve Corkran of the Contra Costa Times, Oakland Raiders’ defensive tackle Richard Seymour has been put on injured reserve.

The Raiders have played the last seven games without Seymour, as he has been dealing with a lingering hamstring injury.

Seymour, who is 33 years of age, is set to become a free agent this offseason, but said that he “would love to retire a Raider”.

The Raiders will play their season finale on Sunday against the San Diego Chargers.
