The Rams (4 – 7) visit Moraga after defeating Georgia State 65 – 60 Saturday in Kingston, RI. The Rams are led in scoring by Xavier Munford (17.2 points per game), followed by Nikola Malesevic (13.5 ppg), Andre Malone (10.0 ppg), and Mike Powell (9.5 ppg). The Rams’ leading rebounders are Malesevic (5.0 rebounds per game), Ryan Brooks (4.9 rpg), Malone (4.1 rpg), and Jordan Hare (4.0 rpg). Powell leads Rhode Island with 3.3 assists per game.
The Rams average 61.1 ppg, shooting 39.1% from the field, 33.0% behind the 3-point line, and 65.6% from the free throw line. Opponents out-rebound the Rams 37.8 to 33.4 per game.
Matthew Dellavedova leads SMC in scoring (18.5 ppg), followed by Brad Waldow (11.0 ppg), Stephen Holt (10.9 ppg), and James Walker III (9.9 ppg).
