Warriors Face Rival Jazz: Game Preview, Predictions, etc.

Remember when the Warriors were eliminated by the Jazz in the 2007 playoffs? That didn’t feel too good, did it? No, it didn’t, and ever since then, no matter the players, the Jazz and the Warriors always play an entertaining game. Led by Mo Williams and Al Jefferson, the Jazz are contending for a playoff spot this year along with the Rockets and the Mavericks. Now that they have won one after dropping two, the Jazz are looking to step on the pedal to get a streak started.

Paul Millsap has been surprisingly good this season, with averages of 15 points and 8 rebounds per game. One of the keys tonight will be to get on the glass, and shutout Millsap and Jefferson. The Warriors are once again undersized. Jefferson, being one of the premier centers in the league will be really good against Festus Ezeli, and the Warriors will really need someone to step up in the center spot. Luckily, Mo Williams is out tonight, so Curry should shine at the PG spot. Marvin Williams and Randy Foye who are new acquisitions, have been playing well.
