The Warriors have found themselves in a tough situation this season, one that has them competing for a high seed, like seventh or eighth. That is cutting it really close, of their competitors are the Timberwolves, the Nuggets, the Hornets, and maybe the Kings.

With Rubio’s shaky knee and Love’s broken hand, the Timberwolves look like they’re going to have problems at the beginning of the season. They’re trusting Brandon Roy to be their main scorer. He’s only going to average around 11 or 12 PPG his first season back. At best, Love will be playing by mid-November, which gives the Dubs some time to think.

The Warriors and the Timberwolves are hyped to make the playoffs, but the Timberwolves are more liked. Do these injuries and shaky performance by the bench help change the tide? Maybe the Warriors could make the playoffs.

When Andrew Bogut comes back about 2 games into the season, he will be 100%. This guy is craving for the playoffs, as well as NBA basketball, as well as Stephen Curry. Rest Assured, Warrior fans, they will be ready to go. Klay Thompson is supposed to have a breakout season, he’s ready. Harrison Barnes is looking like a dangerous offensive and defensive weapon, and you know that David Lee is always ready.

Kevin Love’s injury is crucial for the Warriors. Maybe he should have thought twice about doing those knuckle pushups before he broke his hand.
